Consulting Process

The Strategic Consulting Service provides:

Major focus is given to Business Practice Analysis. DST analysts identify and study the existing business processes, tasks, and needs of your organization. Then, technical consultants and software architects define the way to satisfy the requirements by means of software. At this stage, extensive requirements and technical specifications are prepared. At the end of Business Analysis, we provide a set of documents that covers the company, its business along with technical requirements for next stage of software solutions.

Specific systems and processes are identified as part of an audit/site survey and a plan for implementation is suggested. Strategic Consulting is given to provide direction on technologies to use and for prioritizing the tasks.
Once the blue print is frozen, suitable implementation resources are identified and deployed. During their entire period of engagement with the Client, DST works with the technical resource to monitor performance, track utilization, identify deficiencies if any and re-train the consultant.
